The Scottish team presented the outcomes from TEAMS research to a range of staff across the three schools. These workshops were in three parts. First, to demonstrate that knowledge to support migrant student integration, and to support teachers in achieving this, is in the community. The second part showed the collaboration networks in each school (e.g. when seeking information/advice concerning students’ learning/well-being; close collaboration or support in matters concerning migrant students; emotional support and inspiration). The final part of each workshop aimed to look at the type of collaboration each school should have, versus what it currently has) and to discuss how teachers could look at creating more opportunities for collaboration.
Workshops took place on the following dates:

2 Nov – feedback on TEAMS research to the senior leadership team at Scottish school 2
15 Nov – feedback on TEAMS research to the senior leadership team at Scottish school 3
4 Jan – presentation of TEAMS research and implications for practice to all staff at Scottish school 3
5 Jan – follow up session with HT of Scottish school 3
