Cecilia Gialdini is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Edinburgh, School of Education. Their primary focus lies in analysing policies and their connections to the daily practices of education and integration. Previously, they worked in the field of linguistic justice and access to public services at Ulster University as part of a project funded by the Esperantic Studies Foundation, which aimed to evaluate linguistic justice. They obtained their doctoral degree from Ulster University in March 2023, with a PhD thesis centred on multilingualism from a public policy perspective.
